• Time: 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST

• Length: 65 minutes + overflow/parking lot

• Structure:

  • 15 minute opening readings (preamble, characteristics, etc.)
  • 15 minute literature reading beginning with State of Grace
  • 30 minutes timed shares (3-5 minutes each depending on group size)
  • 5 minute close (signs of recovery, hopes & promises, etc.)

• All genders welcomed

• Camera encouraged but not required
